Shipments are bound to the rules and regulations of each carrier. Once the carrier receives the package, we have no control over the actual delivery time it may take to be delivered. We declare that once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier that liability of the package no longer lies with with the company. We are therefore not liable for lost or stolen merchandise.Refunds or Reshipments for any package that has been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier even if recipient claims non-receipt, will not be made. It is possible that the package was left with neighbors, behind a bush, in the garage, between the doors etc. We suggest that the recipient contact the delivering carrier to verify where parcel was placed.

  There is no control over a carrier’s decision if your location is considered “safe” to leave a package. If this happens the carrier will leave a notice notifying you that an attempt was made for delivery. You must follow the carrier’s directions on the notice for delivery of your package. If any package is returned for any reason, no refund will be issued.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled with no fee up to 24 hours prior to the day of shipping. After that time a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. To cancel an order during the busy holiday season may not be possible due to the volume of gifts being processed. It would be nearly impossible to find one among thousands.

 
Return Policy
  We strive for excellence in all aspects of our business. However if you are not satisfied, please contact business within 3 business days of delivery (day package is received is day one). No exceptions. All refunds are issued as a store credit. Returns must be received within 30 days of original purchase and gift must be unopened and undamaged. All returns are done at your expense. Shipping and handling fees are NOT refundable.

 If you decide that you need to return an item that was shipped via our free standard shipping method, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund as well as any restocking fee.

Shipping label will have information as to who to contact for returns. DO NOT contact The Basket Mart for return or refund information. The Basket Mart is NOT responsible for condition of any item advertised on its site.  The Basket Mart is NOT resposible for returns and/or refunds.
